tuesday hiit yoga 5pm

Every Tuesday at 5pm. Yoga HIIT offers a yoga-inspired High-intensity-interval style class. 60 minutes. This class is not heated and has fans. Gym members receive a discount on class rates. $25 drop in, $15 gym member rate.

Every Friday at 5pm. A heated (85°F) yoga power vinyasa class with light weights. Upbeat music with muscle-toning targeted exercises will get your heart rate up! $25 drop in rate. Yoga Amansala members and ClassPass members receive a discounted rate.

saturday mindful vinyasa flow 6pm

Every Saturday at 6pm. A heated (85°F) vinyasa/yin class with mindfulness meditation. A balance of pranayama and asana make this class a traditional yoga practice offering. $25 drop in rate. Yoga Amansala members and ClassPass members receive a discounted rate.
