Train with personal trainer and fitness coach Jules Damey-Fernandez and 250hr RYT Lauren Kruger in our specialized Mobility Yoga series, a 4-week series designed to build on your yoga practice by adding joint mobility, alignment, and mindful awareness.
This beginner program focuses on fundamental poses and will develop into an Intermediate and Advanced series in the coming months. Each session includes:

Functional Range Conditioning techniques to strengthen joints and educate on muscle-bone connection
Specific Pose Alignment –
Combining mobility with active posture alignment
