Freedom from pain and plateaus in your yoga practice

Train with personal trainer and fitness coach Jules Damey-Fernandez and 250hr RYT Lauren Kruger in our specialized Mobility Yoga series, a 4-week series designed to build on your yoga practice by adding joint mobility, alignment, and mindful awareness.

This beginner program focuses on fundamental poses and will develop into an Intermediate and Advanced series in the coming months. Each session includes:

  • Vinyasa Flow/Goal setting –

  • Full vinyasa flow practice and goal-setting Mobility Coaching –

  • Functional Range Conditioning techniques to strengthen joints and educate on muscle-bone connection

  • Specific Pose Alignment –

  • Combining mobility with active posture alignment

  • Svasana/Reflection – Space to decompress and process your progress
